What we collect

Your account details (name, email, hashed password — or the identifier from Google / GitHub if you sign in that way), the prompts and files you send to build an app, the apps and projects you create, and basic usage and billing records.

How we use it

To run the builder, host and deploy your projects, provide support, process payments, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. Prompts and project data are used to fulfil your build requests — not sold, and not used to train third-party models.

Processors we rely on

We use infrastructure and tooling partners to operate Builddu — hosting, database, the AI build engine, authentication, payments, and analytics. Analytics includes Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; Clarity also records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and page views — so we can see where the product confuses people. Each partner receives only the data needed for its function and is bound to protect it.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete a project at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@builddu.com from your registered email.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can disconnect a social login and keep using email sign-in. Cookies keep you signed in, keep the product working, and measure how the site is used — the analytics and session-replay tools named above. Browser or extension settings that block analytics are respected; the product works without them.
