Your account
You need an account to use Builddu, and you’re responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials safe and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Building and hosting
You describe an app, Builddu generates and hosts it. Builds consume credits from your plan or top-up balance. Generated code and content are yours; you’re responsible for what you publish and for making sure it complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Builddu to build or distribute anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing, to send spam, to mine credentials or payment data, or to attack or overload the platform or others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and reset their monthly credit allowance at renewal; purchased top-up credits do not expire. Prices may change with notice. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Builddu available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Builddu isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
